Aligning: Positioning the individual with the scriptures.

Connecting: Engaging the individual to all areas of ministry. The leadership will engage with them.

1. 1. Invite them to partake in any activity they may have.
   2. The leadership will develop a friendship with them. 
   3. Involve the individual in the proper ministry.
   4. Include them in all activities. 
   5. Informing them through social media or other areas where they feel they are part of. 
   6. Mentor them into their ministry. 
   7. Develop disciples.

Commissioning: Releasing them into ministry leadership.

1. 1. Training them in their call.
   2. Allowing them to lead in ministry as a trainee. (6 months)
   3. Help develop their skills. 
   4. Release them in their calling. 
   5. Hold them accountable.
